6. Payments and Pre-Orders

Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and the payment providers available during checkout.

Depending on the payment method selected, payment information may be processed by Shopify Payments or another payment service provider.

Cold Retro does not receive or store your full payment card details.

For Cold Retro – Edition 001, customers may select full payment or a €50 deposit with a remaining balance of €245.

Where the deposit option is selected, we email you a payment link for the remaining balance on the same order when your jacket is ready to ship. You can pay it before shipping or within 14 days after delivery. Your payment details are not stored for this.

Payment credentials and payment authorisations are handled by the relevant payment service providers rather than stored directly by Cold Retro.
