Changed your mind, or something not right? Here is how to cancel your pre-order or return your jacket.

Cancel pre-order

For orders that have not been delivered yet.

Before production officially starts, you can cancel free of charge. Everything you paid is refunded in full.
If you paid a €50 deposit, the remaining €245 no longer has to be paid.
After production has started, you can still withdraw from your purchase under your legal right of withdrawal.

Return a jacket

For jackets you have already received.

You can withdraw within 14 days after receiving the jacket, without giving a reason.
After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the jacket back.
For a normal return you pay the direct cost of sending the jacket back.
Received the wrong item, or is it damaged or defective? Then you are entitled to a suitable solution free of charge.

Withdraw from your purchase here.

Use this form to cancel your pre-order or to return a jacket. Fill it in, check your request and confirm. You do not need to give a reason. You can also email info@coldretro.com with your order number.

Refunds

When you withdraw, we refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the day you told us. We may wait until we have received the jacket back or you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever happens first. We refund using your original payment method, at no cost to you.

You may handle the jacket as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than that and its value has gone down, that loss of value may be deducted in line with the applicable rules.
