Expected delivery

The first drop is expected to arrive in January 2027. This is an estimate and depends on sample approval, production and transport. Customers will be updated if the timing changes.

First production run

Our first production run requires at least 50 paid jacket pre-orders by 15 November 2026 at 23:59 CET.

Both deposit and full-payment pre-orders count towards this minimum. Cancelled and refunded orders are excluded.

If the minimum is not reached, affected orders will be cancelled and all payments received will be refunded, including any shipping charges.

If the minimum is reached, pre-orders will remain open after this date.

Expected delivery: January 2027.

Your remaining balance

If you pay in full, you pay €265.50 (10% off the jacket) and there is no remaining balance. If you pay the €50 deposit, €245 remains (€295 total). When your jacket is ready to ship, we email you a payment link for the remaining €245 on your original order. Nothing is charged automatically and your payment details are not stored for this. You choose: pay it straight away and we ship your jacket, or tell us you prefer to receive your jacket first and pay the remaining €245 within 14 days after delivery with the same link.

Returns & cancellations

You can cancel your pre-order free of charge before production officially starts. Payments already made, including a deposit, are refunded in full, and any remaining balance no longer has to be paid.

For standard-size jackets ordered online, EU consumers can also withdraw before delivery and for 14 days after receiving the jacket. To cancel or return, email info@coldretro.com with your order number.
